Vision

My background is broad in national sales management, marketing, and sales training. I feel I have a unique ability to quickly share my client's VISION in a larger sense. I am an entrepreneur at heart and have run two of my own businesses. I've also climbed the corporate ladder with Kraft Foods as their National Business Manager for Price Club and was the National Sales Manager at Schwinn/GT Bicycle Company. I've invested in real estate and equities for the past 20 years, and I understand the balance of each in a portfolio. My objective is to share your VISION and then try to add to it.

Persistence

I am an astute goal setter. I have competed in business and athletics all my life. My past athletic interests have included gymnastics, wrestling, baseball, football, backpacking, crew and recent triathlons, which include swimming, biking and running. I completed the difficult Desert Sun Half-Ironman Triathlon and placed second in the one day 230-mile Colorado Death Bike ride. I believe my persistence and goal-setting ability sets me apart from the rest. This will aid me in selling your home or finding one that fits you perfectly.

Beliefs

With a strong faith in God, I understand that to make anything happen, belief in God, yourself and your abilities is paramount. Realizing, and then visualizing what my clients are looking for, and then believing it possible, make me a key component of your team.

Integrity

My clients’ best interest is my first concern. How can I help my clients make the best decision and then negotiate the best deal? Taking into consideration my clients’ current financial status, family circumstances, future goals and market conditions are key focal points in my ongoing working relationship. A long-term relationship with my clients is what I'm after. Dealing honestly, fairly, and with integrity at all times is essential to me. Walking the talk, clear and constant communication and following up have been the keys to my past success, and I firmly believe they will be the keys to continued success.

Like most real estate agents, I came to the real estate profession after developing substantial skills in a previous profession. After completing my undergraduate degree in Marketing, I sharpened my people skills in a ministry context for 15 years where I focused on Leadership Development and specifically in teaching, training, coaching and counseling. I feel this background makes me particularly adept at listening to your real estate needs, serving you in light of your specific needs and guiding you through the complexities of any real estate transaction.
